(My fave Doobies album. Listen to "Wheels Of Fortune" with headphones. The instrumental break is badass. Two drummers grooving perfectly without stepping on each other's toes.)

(No question, the best version I have ever heard. You can feel it in your chest. I am glad I pulled the trigger on the vinyl. Some of the reviews turned me off, but it's one of my favorites of all time and so I took a chance. It paid off. It sounded so good, I let "L.A. Blues" play until the end.)

Not to sound like I'm quoting "That Thing You Do!," but we played Fantasy and GetawayI, and later In the Stone in my high school marching band in the early 80s. I played trumpet (and drums in the jazz band), and fell in love with EWF
