How does the Wild Mags remaster sound? Never really had any sonic issues with the original release, but just curious as to whether there is any noticeable difference with the new one.
I am a big fan of Kevin Gray. His mastering is always stellar and in the case of the Mags record, he didn't disappoint. I think it's pretty great.
Agreed on the Wet Leg. I was not disappointed.
I think New Sensations is my favorite Lou Reed record. The first time I saw him live was when he was touring that album with Robert Quine on second guitar. Never understood why he wasn’t on the album.
And the Siren assessment is 100% accurate.
Love New Sensations. The songs and the airy mix always make me think of spring in NYC.
