I'll second the rating on Jules Shear's Allow Me. He sure looks like Kenau Reeves on the cover. Sorry to see the lowish rating on the Peterson/Cowsill record. I hope you'll give it another shot.
With Peterson and Cowsill's pedigree, I expected more jangle. I thought the country stuff was really weak, almost like parody.
As a Cowsills, Bangles and Continental Drifters fan -- I was (surprisingly) bored by the Vicki/John album and only made it through the first half before giving up.
