Roberto Carlos- Em Ritmo de Aventura-***
Nazz- Nazz Nazz (MONO)- ****
The Futureheads-S/T (almost all of it)- ***
Renaissance-Personal Playlist- ****
Ok Go- And The Adjacent Possible-****
(This band is always good for a solid video or two, but I haven't really followed their records. This is my second spin on the new one and I think it's great.)
Kasim Sulton's Utopia- Live At The Kate, Old Saybrook: 3/5/20 (Select Songs)- ***
(Something/Someone's missing. Inspired vocal on "The Verb To Love," though.)
Brian D'Addario- Till The Morning- ****1/2
(Gorgeous. Yeah I know, it's a "Lemon Twigs cult." Or maybe it's just beautiful melodies and harmonies, and old-fashioned record-making.)
The Techniques- Little Did You Know-****1/2
The Ramones- Pleasant Dreams (The New York Mixes)- ****
Spin Doctors- Face Full Of Cake-****
(I've known these guys since the old East Village days at Nightingale Bar, a few years before they signed a record deal. My bud Tim Vega and I printed up tickets and flyers for their gigs at the copy shop where we worked . That said, I can't believe that 36 years later, they put out a really solid record. Very happy with this, give or take a few lemons.)
The Clash- Combat Rock-***1/2
(I didn't love this then. I don't mind it now. But it ain't their first four!)

I gave that Techniques album a first spin a couple of days ago. There will be many more spins. Great stuff.
