(This record kills me every time, but beware of imitations. It's been reissued with the same cover and title, but different tracks. Ideally, the original LP is the way to go. The CD doubles the tracks, with many you don't need, but at least the original is represented.)

For more than 25 years, I've had a compilation from Mr Weller, More Wood (Little Splinters) that is a shorter version of Fly On The Wall. I play it more than any of his other albums. https://www.discogs.com/release/1582838-Paul-Weller-More-Wood-Little-Splinters
