Warmdaddy recoorded an album of Cannonball Adderley songs, and was shopping it around to several labels, when he suffered his stroke. He took that as a sign just to leave it alone, but he did give copies of the tapes to some friends, one of which sent me a copy. Man, it should have gotten released!
I used to love those two Atlantic records, but "Garden Of Swing" didn't hold up for me. Wasn't bad, but I recall loving it more when it came out.
