I just listened to Ralfi Pagan's With Love. Wasn't wowed. But I was unsure if I should listen to the English or Spanish/English version. I went with the mostly Spanish one.
"With Love" is fine, not great.
But Ray Barretto's "Acid," "Hard Hands" and "Barretto Power" are essential, as are Joe Bataan's "Gypsy Woman," "Subway Joe," "St.Latin's Day Massacre" and "Singin' Some Soul. Also, The Harvey Averne Dozen. All keepers!
