Shot Of Love? What prompted?

I enjoyed my first run through the Bob Mould, though the acoustic opener had me worried.

I love "Shot of Love." I play it often. Easily Top 10 Dylan, and maybe on certain days, Top 5. It's a great rock record. It's got a few shoulda been hit singles on it. "Every Grain Of Sand." "Groom's Still Waiting At The Altar." "Heart of Mine" with both Ringo and Ron Wood. Great great album. It was also on my list of The Other 100.

As for prompting--I have such a messy way of deciding what to listen to.
First..I have two cartridges and shells for the turntable. One used for brand new, unplayed records. The other for used, scratchy vinyl. Depending on what's on the turntable when I get up, I may listen to the stack of new incoming, or the stack of used.

Another way of being prompted is when I scroll through iTunes. I'll see records and I'll want to hear them.

And of course, if I am reading Mojo or Shindig or even a rock and roll memoir, I'll need to hear what I am reading about.

Of course, sometimnes, I just want to hear Side One of Bruce's "Magic" or "The Who Sell Out."
