• I promise I'm not starting trouble, but I think "Wildflowers" is just a tad overrrated. Really good record, but not sure it's deserving of its "best TP record" status.

If Wildflowers isn’t the best, which album is? Good luck. Lol
I just checked my Popsurfing rating and I gave it the highest rating, five stars. Would I change that after yesterday's spin? Maybe. Maybe I'd drop a star. I think I enjoy "Damn The Torpedos" and "Full Moon Fever" more than "Wildflowers," which yesterday didn't move me as it once did.
See me in a month.
If you’re willing to consider Damn The Torpedos and Hard Promises as serious and legitimate contenders for the top spot, you’ll have no trouble from me. Lol
How Jimmy Iovine allowed Petty to give away “Stop Draggin’ My Heart Around” is criminal. It seems Iovine was in a relationship with Nicks during the making of Belladonna, being recorded at the same time as Torpedos. Thanks for initiating a Heartbreakers listening party. Enjoy your month :)
For Petty solo, Full Moon Fever. Heartbreakers is harder to pick, but I'd call it a tie between You're Gonna Get It! and Damn The Torpedoes.
I like Wildflowers a lot, but the last time I listened to it felt a little long. Maybe some light editing would improve the experience.
I’d say Damn the Torpedoes is my favorite, followed by Full Moon Fever.
This morning at the gym, Jammin’ Me came on the speakers. Looks like Tom Petty season is in full swing!
I never got what all the hoopla was about "Wildflowers". "Full Moon Fever" is my choice.
