Gianluigi Trovesi & Gianni Coscia- In Cerca Di Cibo
Bob Dylan- Down In The Groove
Honey Island Swamp Band- Cane Sugar
(This hit the spot on a beautiful sunny morning. Been seeing these guys around New Orleans for the last 20 years, but their records did little for me...until this one. Might have to go back and reevaluate.)
The Gaylads- Fire & Rain
(This is getting its first reissue in over 50 years next week. Listen to it when it drops.)
Todd Rundgren- A Wizard/A True Star
Jerry Reed- The Unbelievable Guitar & Voice Of
Garland Jeffreys- Escape Artist
(I hated this album when it came out, mostly because WNEW-FM played it relentlessly and I had enough. It's been years since I played it and man, it's good! Time heals, baby.)
Derrick Harriott- Sings Jamaican Reggae
Damned- Damned Damned Damned
(Happy Birthday, Dave Vanian.)
v/a- Tamla Motown Presents The Mod Top 40 (Personal 20 Track Edit)

I’m not sure when or how I came across Garland Jeffreys, but his is a catalog full of great songwriting mixed with humor, anger, and love.
I enjoyed the first spin of the new Horace Andy - Jah Wobble album. Lots of covers of 60’s and 70’s pop done with style.

Thanks for the heads-up on the Andy/Wobble. Didn't realize it was out.
Has time healed "Down In the Groove"? How did it play for you?
I don't hate that record. About half is really solid.
