Sal Nunziato said...: Ha! Yeah. An old friend and bandmate who I trust and who has a very similar taste in music, said it was one of his faves of the year. I couldn't take it.; March 18, 2020 at 10:50 AM
Bill said...: I haven't listened to that one yet. I don't mind when one of their songs pops up during a shuffle session, but don't usually listen to their albums all the way through.; March 18, 2020 at 11:48 AM

Now Playing 4.2

"Now Playing" started out as nothing more than me writing down what I listen to everyday. It was another way to start a conversation. It took some time to take off, and now has been getting a good number of hits and comments. To be clear, Now Playing is NOT me grading records. It's me grading the listening experience. I created a Pete Townshend playlist that consisted of 15 songs that I love, so why did it get three and a half stars instead of four? Maybe the sequencing. Maybe I wasn't in the mood. Who knows? Robert Palmer's "Drive" recently came out on vinyl for the first time and man, did it sound great! Four & a half stars! I still like five Robert Palmer albums more. Got it?
