I tend to avoid the stereo Beatles. I want to hear what George and the boys did at the time, not what his son did today! But really, you can't go wrong. Slightly off topic, I found the sound on "Oh darling" new mix a little sterile and dry. It's the Neil Young in me! And mind you it was through my laptop speakers from a compressed video on Rolling Stone website. And of COURSE I'll listen eagerly when it all comes pouring out soon.
Amy Winehouse was a real loss.
P.S. I love how we both have illustrations of us on pour websites surrounded by the pop culture stuff we love. Does it mean anything that our backs are to the world? :)
