I watched One Love on Friday night. While not a great film, the music sequences are excellent.

Chaka Khan's "What Cha' Gonna Do For Me" was excellent. The only fly in the ointment was "We Can Work It Out". When I saw it I skipped over it. I believe you like Stevie's funked up version. I never did and I expected the same from Chaka's version. I wound up disliking her version even more. But that's a minor issue as the rest of the album delivers. My favorite is the title track. Curiously, for some reason I kept hearing Mari Wilson doing the song. Not sure if it's Chaka's phrasing or the chord changes in the verses but Ms. Wilson kept popping her beehived head in.
Yes, I do like Stevie's version and I like Chaka's too. The funny thing is, it was the live Rufus version of "We Can Work It Out" on The Midnight Special that sent me to this album.
